Dear Bill,

I am writing this letter to you in regards to the service Carissa Siy gave to me in selling my parent's home (8751 Seafair Drive) in Richmond. My parents both passed away within the year, and being executor I was entrusted with the legalities surrounding the estate. Selling the family home was one of those responsibilities. I have never been involved in selling such an investment before, and Carissa very carefully walked me through the process step by step. She gave me just enough information to help me understand what was necessary at each level (she didn't overload my brain), what was coming up in the near future (what to prepare for), and was also able to help me understand the "big picture".

Carissa's knowledge of real estate, finances, human nature, personalities, and negotiation are incredible. She answered any question I had with ease, was very patient and kind, and helped me through a very challenging time. She was so aware of my fragile emotions at the time as well as knowing that I was brand new with this task: selling a family home that had been so recently lived in by my parents.

As you can tell, I have great regard for the manner in which Carissa conducts her business. Her appearance, tone of voice, her demeanour, and confidence set me at ease right away. I knew I was in good hands, and I knew that whatever transpired Carissa had my hopes, dreams, and wishes in mind. I was treated fairly and with respect from beginning to end.

Carissa also helped organize a painter to paint the interior of the house. This fellow was also a true craftsman, which indicated to me that Carissa's expectations of other professionals is of a high quality. Her connections with contractors and trades people are to be respected and regarded with trust.
